Dr. Zdenkova is a primary care and OB/GYN psychologist providing behavioral health therapy and support for primary care patients ages 8 and older. She specializes in short-term treatment, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and motivational interviewing. She believes strongly in providing holistic, strength-based care. Clinical interests include trauma-informed care, depression, anxiety, chronic health conditions, insomnia, women’s health issues and peripartum mood disorders. She is also the associate director of clinical training for the Samaritan Graduate Medical Education Psychology Training Program.

In her spare time, Dr. Zdenkova enjoys spending time with her family, dog and cat, being outdoors, reading and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
