Find workshops that can help you make meaningful lifestyle changes or better manage a chronic condition. Offered both locally and online, these programs offer practical tools to take charge of your health and improve your quality of life and long-term well-being. These workshops are offered through the Regional Education Hub, which provides centralized services that help community members, health care professionals and partner organizations easily access and refer patients to reliable health education resources.
Group workshops are available to help you learn how to better self-manage your chronic conditions and persistent pain, quit smoking or prevent diseases like diabetes. Workshops are for adults, ages 18 and older.
