Connecting the Community to Better Health

The Regional Health Education Hub provides centralized services that enable community members, health care professionals and partner organizations to easily access and refer patients to health education resources.

“I needed support, advice and a positive direction,” said Jeanne Haywood, 72, of Corvallis. “The workshop leaders and participants helped me to find my own path to living well with chronic illness."

Read Jeanne’s powerful testimonial of how the Living Well With Chronic Conditions workshop gave her the tools to manage her condition after she suffered a heart attack.
