Connecting the Community to Better Health
The Regional Health Education Hub provides centralized services that enable community members, health care professionals and partner organizations to easily access and refer patients to health education resources.
Community Workshops
Group workshops are available to help you learn how to better self-manage your chronic conditions and persistent pain, quit smoking or prevent diseases like diabetes. All workshops are for adults, ages 18 and older.

Community Partners
The Regional Health Education Hub is a partnership between multiple community organizations working to streamline health education programming across the Benton, Lincoln and Linn County region. The Regional Health Education Hub’s purpose is to provide easy access to a range of health education programming options. The Hub can be relied on to support community members, clinicians and community partners by providing relevant evidence-based health education programming by meeting community needs and connecting participants with appropriate workshops and community trainings.
