Get a Service Estimate

What Will Your Care Cost?

When you need work done on your residence or car, you can easily get a cost estimate before you have the work done. It should be the same with health care, and we are committed to giving you as much information as possible about the cost for the care you need.

It’s important to know, however, that the total cost of our care will depend on your insurance coverage and the costs of services performed by other physicians or organizations (e.g. laboratory tests performed outside Samaritan, or anesthesiologists or radiologists who contract with Samaritan).

Get an estimate through your MyChart account.

If you don’t have a MyChart account, you can still access a catalog of our service estimates.

If you are receiving services that will not be billed to insurance, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate.

If you need any help or have questions about your estimate, please contact our customer service team at 800-789-1957 or 541-768-5344.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate for Self-Pay

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.
