Our team of professionals includes nurses, certified diabetes educators and registered dietitians
who listen and provide guidance based on your wants and needs.

Our Services

We provide high-quality, advanced care to meet your specific needs. Our services include:

  • One-on-one counseling to help you manage your diabetes and maintain proper nutrition.
  • Foot clinic with services that include toenail trimming and debridement for those diagnosed with diabetes.
  • Metabolic testing.
  • Three-week class, Diabetes Self-Management. *Provider referral required.

Our Foot Clinic

Nerve damage, blood flow problems and infections can cause serious foot problems for some people with diabetes, which may result in amputations.

Good foot care is an essential part of diabetes management and prevention. Early detection and proper treatment are the best ways to minimize complications.

At our diabetic foot clinic, trained registered nurses offer the following services:

  • Nail trimming.
  • Callus removal.
  • Education for foot care.
  • Footwear referral.
