Our Foundations
Albany General Hospital Foundation
Like the community it serves, Samaritan Albany General Hospital has a deep and rich history. From the very beginning, philanthropy has played a vital role in the hospital’s ability to care for people in our community. Through generous community support and employee engagement, the Albany General Hospital Foundation has enhanced nearly every aspect of the hospital and Albany-based clinics since 1978.
Your support helps to fund medical equipment for the hospital and clinics, enhance program services, provide financial support for patient and community wellness programs, and help low-income individuals obtain medical care. We invite you to join us as a partner in our mission of building a healthier community together.
Current projects and initiatives include:
- Memorial Tree of Life for Carter Hospice House Endowment.
- Patient support.
- Reach Out and Read childhood literacy program.
- Albany InReach Services.
- Sarah’s Place.
- Cancer care.
- Capital equipment.

Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation
The Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation is committed to supporting Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, its patients and their loved ones, as well as the health and well-being of those who live and work in the community.
Since our inception in 1975, we have helped to fund medical equipment for the hospital, enhance program services, provide financial support for patient and community wellness programs, and help low-income individuals obtain medical care. We cannot do this without the generous contributions from our hospital staff, friends, neighbors and businesses. For this, we are truly grateful!

Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation
The communities of east Linn County have supported Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital since the 1940s, when community leaders starting raising funds for a new hospital. The hospital opened on its current site in 1952 and in the decades that have followed, the hospital has benefited from continued financial support for facility expansions and new services.
Through generous community support and employee engagement, the Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation has enhanced nearly every aspect of the hospital and clinics in Lebanon, Sweet Home and Brownsville. Your support ensures excellent care and compassion for all our patients and their families through the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment, expanding hospital facilities and adding to the natural healing environment for which our hospital is known.
We invite you to look further at how our donors are building the health of our community, and how you can join in the effort.
Current projects and initiatives include:
- Building a Healthier Sweet Home Together.
- Girod Birth Center remodel and expansion.
- Samaritan Treatment & Recovery Services program.
